Call for Food Vendors – SLAIS Summer Outing 2025

The Sri Lanka Association in Sweden (SLAIS) is excited to announce our annual Summer Outing, taking place on Saturday, 16 August 2025 at Bagarmossens öppna bollplan. This much-anticipated event is expected to gather over 200 participants from across the Sri Lankan and wider multicultural community in Sweden.

As part of the day’s festivities, we are inviting food vendors to take part by offering authentic and delicious cuisine that reflects the rich diversity of Sri Lankan food culture. This is a great opportunity to promote your cooking, connect with the community, and grow your business.

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, 16 August 2025

• Time: From 11:00 AM onwards

• Location: Bagarmossens öppna bollplan

• Address: Rusthållarvägen 81, 128 43 Bagarmossen

• Setup Provided: Each vendor will be provided with a dedicated food stall structure, including a roof for sun and weather protection.
